Procedure for Rescheduling Games

JM/IL Instructions: Signup through July 9th is now available. Procedures, information & restrictions are as follows:
- Fields are available to sign up now for practice 4-28 to 7-9
- Weeknights are divided into two slots 5:00-6:30 and 6:30-Dark. Starting June 2, slot times change from 5:00 (or when you want to get there)-7:00 and 7:00-Dark
- You may only sign up for 1 slot per week. Week is Sun-Sat.
- Weekend slots-one slot consists of 2 hours, starting with the first time. So if the first time is 9:00 am, the first slot is 9-11, then 11-1, etc (you can't sign up for 10-12, etc)
- When you sign up, indicate your league and team (JM-Twins; IL-Cubs)
- You can also sign up for batting cages at Sitzer, Wilson, South Point. This is a separate sign up. You are allowed one batting cage slot per week

May-July AL/NL Guidelines:

- The schedule goes to August 9th, however slots after the end of your league playoffs(July 2 for NL, July 10 for AL) may not be reserved at this time. They will be for tournament teams. Tournament coaches will be told when they can reserve those dates.
- Batting cage use is a separate sign up, they no longer come with the fields. You are allowed one batting cage slot per week Weekday slots are 1 hour, weekend slots are 2 hours.
- You may sign up for up to: 1 weekday slot (M-F) and 1 weekend slot (S-S). You can not sign up for 2 weekday or 2 weekend, one of each is the maximum.
